 | Joyce Davis Waddell, PhD, District 3 | Waddell was elected to the Board of Education in 2009. She is a graduate of South Carolina State University, and holds a master's degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, North Carolina A & T State University and Appalachian State University.
