The Chiller Replacement Project at Myers Park High School was bid on October 11, 2016. Staff recommends the approval of this project to the lowest responsive bidder; Thermal Conditioning, Inc. in the amount of $126,854.08. The contractor agrees to provide the labor, services, equipment, and materials needed to remove the two existing Trane RTAA chillers and replace them with the new CGAM chillers. All work is to be performed in accordance with the standard terms and conditions outlined in the contract.
