Davidson East Owners Association, Inc. requests a landscape and access easement comprised of 8,871 square feet (0.2 acre) on vacant property owned by CMS and located at 16912 Davidson-Concord Road. The Landscape and Access Easement will accommodate the enhancement of the main entrance area at the intersection of Davidson-Concord Road and Davidson East Drive. The rights granted will include installation, construction, reconstruction, maintenance, repair, replacement, and removal of landscaping features, plantings, irrigation, and lighting within the Easement Area. CMS reserves the right to terminate the Easement Agreement in its entirety in the event that CMS intends to use the Easement Area in connection with its development of the property.
