Recommend Approval of Chiller Replacement at Cornelius Elementary School

The Chiller Replacement Project for Cornelius Elementary School was bid on October 11, 2016. Staff recommends the approval of this project to the lowest responsive bidder; Thermal Conditioning, Inc. in the amount of $138,541.18. The contractor agrees to provide the labor, services, equipment, and materials needed to remove the existing two Trane RTAA chillers and replace them with new Trane CGAM chillers. All work is to be performed in accordance with the standard terms and conditions outlined in the contract.
