Main Points

This project is for the purchase and assembly of a 10-classroom modular.  Bids were received April 7, 2015.    Staff recommends approval of contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, McGrath Rentcorp dba Mobile Modular Management Corporation, in the amount of $755,736.60.  The overall scope includes the associated site work, installation costs, technology and furniture.  All work will be performed in accordance with the standard tems and conditions outlined in the contract.

 

SCHEDULE:  Estimated completion date December 2015
