The Partial Roof Replacement project at Bulter High School was bid on January 8, 2016. Staff recommends approval of this project to the lowest responsive responsible bidder; Mecklenburg Roofing, Inc. in the amount of $509,119. All work is to be preformed in accordance with the standard terms and conditions outlined in the contract.
