IHAM, "Comprehensive Health Education Program," is before the Board for Public Hearing on proposed amendments. The amendments generally make small changes to terminology. NCDPI has added an objective - the awareness of human sex trafficking - to the NC Healthful Living Essential Standards. Therefore, in Section II, A, 10, this topic has been added to the Reproductive Health and Safety Education curriculum.
