This page contains the 2010-11 boundary process archived documents.
CMS is holding a series of workshops with parents and community residents to gather input on proposed boundary options for the 2010-11 school year. During these meetings, CMS staff will provide information about boundaries and participants will share reactions. Opportunities for small group and large group discussion will be included as part of the process in order to maximize feedback. CMS plans to open three new elementary schools and two new high schools in 2010-11.

Community Options
CMS held a series of workshops with parents and community residents to gather input on proposed boundary options for the 2010-11 school year. The following community options are a result of the feedback received from participants during these workshops. Community options are new options and are different from the discussion options presented at the workshops. The community options do not replace the discussion options. CMS Staff will consider both community and discussion options in developing a recommendation. CMS will provide one staff recommendation for each new school prior to the May 12th Board of Education meeting. The staff recommendations may or may not resemble the community and or discussion options previously presented. The public hearing and vote will be held June 9th.
