The CMS Student Records System will be down for scheduled maintenance June 30-July 8, 2016. During this time, there will be no access to process student transcripts from school years 2006 through 2016. You may place your order for your transcript from these school years via our website, and it will be processed on July 8th. We apologize for any convenience.
Transcripts for other school years are not affected.

Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools offers an online secure and convenient way to request and receive student records. There is a $9 fee for each requested document.

Upon submission of your request, CMS Records Department will retrieve and mail the record(s) to the address(es) designated on your form. Once mailed, your payment will be processed and you will receive an email confirmation and receipt. In the interest of security, and expedited service, phone and fax requests will no longer be accepted.
There is a $35 processing fee per record. Please allow up to 4 weeks for processing.
