Local District Assessments

The purpose of local district assessments is to provide information to teachers about students’ skills and knowledge and are to be used to modify teaching and learning activities to meet each student’s needs. The district is in the process of changing local assessments. At this time, the district is focusing on reading comprehension and math assessments for grades 3 – 8 and science for grades 5 and 8.
