Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange Full Scholarships

Merit-based scholarships to study for a year in Germany, for high school students or recent graduates in the Northeastern U.S. The 2018-2019 CBYX application through CIEE will be available in the fall of 2017.  Applications are usually due the first week in December. For more information visit: www.usagermanyscholarship.org.

 NSLI-Y Full Scholarships 

Merit-based scholarships to learn critical languages (Arabic, Chinese (Mandarin), Hindi, Korean, Persian (Tajiki), Russian, Turkish) through an overseas immersion experience. YES Abroad Full Scholarships

Merit-based scholarships for high school students or recent graduates to study in select countries with significant Muslim populations. American Youth Leadership Program

Study Abroad Program Scholarships​

American Association of Teachers of German  

The German Summer Study Program for High School Students provides a three-week homestay and school experience. Students live with the family of a host brother or sister who attends the school, visit regional attractions, and experience the German language and culture firsthand. The program is sponsored in cooperation with the German government's Pedagogical Exchange Service (PAD). Scholarships of up to 25% of program costs are available to students with financial need. British American Business Council of North Carolina

Once a year, the British American Business Council of North Carolina sponsors the ACS British Studies program, a twelve-day study/travel visit to the United Kingdom that strives to bring British history to life by enabling students to explore and connect with 400 years of British history. Up to four, fully paid scholarships will be awarded to Charlotte-Mecklenburg School District students, in the 10th or 11th grade, who apply and are selected to attend. CIEE-Council on International Educational Exchange   

CIEE offers a limited number of partial scholarships for our High School Abroad programs to Australia, Brazil, Chile, China, France, Germany, Japan, Ireland, Italy, and Spain. These scholarships are available for semester and academic year students. National Geographic Student Expeditions Program

Rotary Youth Exchange
