The Maintenance Services Team is a cross-functional team of individuals with multi-faceted disciplines in the areas of project management, mechanical/electrical/civil engineering, carpentry, HVAC, electronics, automotive, plumbing, grounds, carpentry, electrical, paint, plumbing, roofing and customer service.

To support our Vision and Mission, our goal is to provide a clean, healthy learning environment for students and staff in the most cost effective manner and to provide high quality customer service. Our team currently performs maintenance tasks and associated services on 21 million square feet of buildings, excess of 641 buildings and 1241 mobile classrooms.

Maintenance consists of the following departments:
