• Conduct or coordinate diversity training
• Consult with schools or departments on how to infuse diversity into improvement plans or charters
• Assist schools and departments in reaching families of diverse backgrounds
• Provide strategies that show a commitment to diversity
• Develop diversity guidelines for training or professional development workshops
• Organize cultural, disability, or comparative religion forums
• Provide suggestions of projects to students and staff that help eliminate prejudice
• Inform about special initiatives in Diversity Practices and Programs booklet
