The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools Professional Development Center is located at 428 West Boulevard, at the intersection of Mint Street and West Boulevard, near downtown Charlotte.

The Professional Development Center is responsible for a wide range of training and learning opportunities for CMS staff, such as Online Modules, SoftSkills, Riverdeep Learning Village, MyPD, workshop approval and Renewal Credit data entry. Hundreds of CMS employees visit the PDC each week to take advantage of development and support opportunities.

The PDC is open from 7 AM to 7 PM and on many Saturday mornings to provide convenient meeting times.
