Healthy meals that are kid-friendly - and wallet-friendly, too!

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools' Child Nutrition Services provides high-quality meals for your child that are both nutritious and appealing at a reasonable cost.

The award-winning department serves more than 29,000 breakfasts, nearly 80,000 lunches and 12,000 after-school snacks each day.

Prices for CMS meals have not gone up in nine years, which helps families save money during these difficult economic times.

CMS is currently accepting applications for free- and reduced-price lunch (click here for the Spanish version of the form).

Families whose children have special nutrition needs, including food allergies or diabetes, should fill out the diet order form.
