Bus Driver Recruitment Bonus - $1,000 for all new drivers with a start date in the 2021-2022 school year and who participate in a training class no later than September 30. 
Exceptional Education Teacher Recruitment Bonus - $2,500 for all new EC teachers hired by September 30 with a start date in the 2021-2022 school year. 
HVAC Recruitment Bonus - $1,000 for new HVAC staff hired between Aug 23 and September 30.
Instructional Substitute Bonus - $250 for new substitute teachers hired on or after August 23 and who complete a minimum of 10 assignments by October 30.
