CMS Professional Learning Departments have been aligned as a component of our Human Resources division to support employees through the trajectory of their careers. 
Beginning Teacher Development and Support - This team is dedicated to supporting the unique needs of teachers in their first three years of experience as well as their mentors.  
Personalized Digital Learning - This team is dedicated to supporting our coaches across CMS as they support a vision for meeting the individual needs of our students.  The work of this team focuses on personalizing professional development for staff in order to meet the personalized needs of students while supporting the Digital Learning Competencies and innovation.
National Board Certification Support Program - National Board Certification is a rigorous, voluntary certification for teachers, school counselors, and media specialists who have completed at least three years of experience.
Leadership Development - The LD Team is dedicated to advancing student outcomes by building on the strengths of our school and district Leaders, adopting new ways of working and measuring our progress.
